How do we start?
If you’ve read through our services we offer and ready to get the ball rolling, then first thing to do is to fill out the free estimate form. After we’ve received your request we will contact you via email or phone to begin discussing your project.
How much will my project cost?
Each project is different. So, it’s going to vary from project to project. If you fill out the free estimate form we can at least give you a rough estimate. Please provide as much detail as possible. Once you’ve submitted your request for information via free estimate form, we can give you a few options. You’ll be able to choose the right solution for you and your budget. A price quote is valid for 30 days, after which time it is subject to review.
How does the design process work?
After an initial discussion about the services you would like, we will send you a Getting-Started questionnaire. The answers you provide help us better understand your style and needs, and also help guide the design. That way you’re involved and you get exactly what you want from us.
If I can design my site, can you help create it?
Absolutely. We can definitely take any design you do and slice and dice it up into CSS\HTML.
Will there be a contract to sign?
Once we’ve narrowed down the services and prices for your project, a contract will be created and sent (via email) to you. You print and sign the contract and mail it back to us. We then sign it and mail a copy back to you. We must receive a signed contract before work can begin.
What about payment?
A deposit of 50% is required before starting work on your project, and the remaining balance is due upon completion.
We accept Paypal, checks, and money order.
Can I cancel a project?
In the event of cancellation by the client, the client shall pay all expenses incurred, as well as fees based on the degree of completion of the project.
Grant of Rights
Henchmen Productions retains the ownership of all projects until completion. Upon receipt of full payment, usage rights shall be granted to the client as outlined in the contract. We retain the right to make portfolio use of the project, and all other rights not expressly granted.
